‘We operate a CCTV recording system in the communal access area of the the property at 6A Bridge Street. The single camera is a motion sensor system and records images of those entering and exiting the property via the front door. The camera is located on the first floor landing overlooking the front door, staircase and landing area. Unless required for evidential purposes or the investigation of a crime or otherwise required by law, recorded images will be retained for no longer than 28 days from the date of recording. Signage to inform guests of this is visible at the property.
